A publication and branding project for a women's only gym.


Project Objective:
Create a business/company that promotes health and fitness to women. And to create a safe space for women to feel comfortable working out in a gym, surrounded by other women with the same/similar goals.
To educate women on the benefits of strength training and eliminate the stigma around lifting weights and it not being an activity for women to take part in.

MissFit
Project Overview:
MissFit is women’s only gym that promotes healthy living, exercise and in particular, strength and weight training for women. This project is aimed at all women of all ages. The aim is to show women and encourage women to include strength training and weight training into their training programmes. A lot of women think that they should not engage with strength training for many different reasons but it is vital and there are loads of benefits that people do not realise. The brand is also trying to create a safe place for women to feel comfortable and confident working out, without the fear of judgement or harassment.
The design concept is to make the designs bright and exciting. They show the energy that is brought to women when they enter the gym. The big imagery and typography in the designs show that energy. The bright colours are supposed to make the booklet and gym seem inviting and fun and women will want to go there.
